Collingwood uses positive reinforcement to reward and promote good behaviour. In our Early Years class this is achieved using a Smiley Face Rainbow reward system.
We also have a whole school team point system that are collected throughout the year for polite behaviour and acts of kindness. This encourages a sense of school community.
The whole school uses learning stars to reward pupils efforts and the skills required to become life long learners.
